CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 50% cancellation fee of the service price for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late Policy We have a 10 and 25 minute grace period. At 10 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be applied. At 25 minutes, a late fee of $30 will be applied. Any lateness will also result in simplifying your nail service or complete cancellation. Excessive numbers of lateness will suspend your access to book on the website. Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. You must re-book when rescheduling. Please reach out via DM or email for any questions. Each deposit allows for a maximum of two reschedules. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be subtracted from the final cost of your nails during checkout. FAQ What services do you offer? I offer Structure Gel and Gel-X Extensions with custom nail designs. I also have monthly special designs. What are monthly special designs? Monthly special designs are set nail designs available at a set price of $110 on Structure Gel and $145 on Gel-X Extensions. New designs are created every month that align with my own nail artistry. Inspiration for these designs comes from current and previous trends, seasons, and nail art techniques I'd like to do more of! What is Structure Gel? Structure gel is a loose term used for gel products that are overlayed onto the natural nails. It can be builder gel or hard gel. It depends on your nail concern and lifestyle. What is Gel-X? Gel-X is an extension system that uses pre-shaped, full-cover soft gel tips to cover the whole nail bed. How do I know what design tier to book? I have a portfolio page showing all of my nail services with the design tier. If you need more guidance, please reach out to me via email or Instagram! Do you do foreign removals? I do not do foreign removals. If you do come in with foreign removals, the removal fee will be $25. Without prior notice or proper booking, coming in with foreign removals will shorten/simplify the whole nail service. Do you offer Freestyle nail designs? Yes! Please reach out to us prior to booking so there is adequate time to complete the nail designs.
